1.Who are we and what is the purpose of this document
ALTEA PEOPLE S.r.L. is a company active in the consulting and System Integration market which has always considered the protection of personal data of its customers, potential customers and those who want to interact with it, ensuring that it is carried out in full compliance with prepared, as lastly the Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The term personal data refers to the definition contained in article 4 – point 1) of the Regulation which identifies them in “any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person can be identified, either directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online ID or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social “(hereinafter the” Personal Data “). If necessary, this information may be supplemented by a form for obtaining consent pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 7 of the Regulations, prepared on the basis of the use that will eventually be made of Personal Data.
2.Who will process personal data

3.The main purpose of using Personal Data
The Responsible for processing the data, in order to allow the execution of one or more contracts or to allow the use of a specific service (eg download of informative material, participation in events and webinars, etc.), needs to collect and process Personal Information. In particular, Personal Data will be processed for the purposes of proper management of the contractual relationship / provision of the service and, where applicable, the related obligations (administrative management, fulfillment of legal obligations, accounting, tax and any other nature related to the purposes above).
The Responsible for processing the data, upon express consent, may request additional data for the following purposes:
Purpose of direct marketing: that is the will of the Responsible for processing the data to carry out promotional and marketing activities for you through communications relating to services and products similar to those you have already benefited from, initiatives and related offers. It is specified that each e-mail sent will allow, by clicking on the appropriate link, to refuse further mailings.

This allows us to better understand the needs of our interlocutors, provide customized and performing services and offers and, no less important, offer increasingly relevant and competitive products and services.

The processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in points b) and c) will be conditional upon obtaining your consent pursuant to art. 7 of the Rules. 5.How to collect Personal Data
The processing of your data:
will be in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, relevance, lawfulness and transparency in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of data, through the adoption of the measures provided for in Article 32 of the Regulation in order to preserve the integrity of the data processed and to prevent access to the same by unauthorized parties.

6.The categories of personal data collected
Personal Data collected and processed by the Responsible for processing the data is personal data (as an example and not exhaustive: name, surname, company to which it belongs, e-mail address, telephone number).
7.Possible communication of Personal Data
Your Personal Data may be disclosed to specific subjects considered to be recipients pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 4 point 9 of the Rules. In particular, in order to correctly process the processing and pursue the purposes described above, your Personal Data may also be processed by the following recipients:
• third parties who perform part of the processing and / or activities connected to them on behalf of the Responsible for processing the data. Before the treatment, such subjects will be appointed responsible for the treatment;
• employees, collaborators or individual consultants of the Responsible for processing the data who have been entrusted with specific activities for the processing of Personal Data and as such identified, pursuant to art. 4 point, “Authorized Persons”;
• to judicial authorities or public bodies, where required by law.
8.Place of treatment and possible transfer outside the EU
Personal Data will be processed by the Responsible for processing the data within the territory of the European Union. If for reasons of a technical and / or operational nature it is necessary to make use of subjects outside the EU, the Responsible for processing the data will appoint them as Responsible for processing the datas pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 28 of the Regulations, ensuring from now on that any transfer of Extra EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. To protect your data as part of these transfers, ALTEA PEOPLE S.r.L. it will adopt appropriate safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
9.Storage and deletion of data
Your Personal Data will be stored by the Responsible for processing the data only for what is necessary for the pursuit of the purpose described in paragraph 3 above, or until the termination of the relationship with the Responsible for processing the data, subject to an additional retention period that may be imposed by regulations of law. With regard to the processing carried out for the purposes described in paragraph 4 above, the Responsible for processing the data may process your Personal Data until it is communicated by you to withdraw consent to one or all of the purposes for which it was requested.
10.What are the rights of the interested party
The interested party may at any time exercise the rights provided for in articles from 15 to 22 EU Regulations 2016/679 (click here to view the content) including:

It is emphasized that the data subject’s right to object to the processing of personal data for commercial and marketing purposes through automated methods of contact also extends to traditional ones, without prejudice to the possibility for the data subject to exercise this right in that is, in this case, opposing, for example, to the sending of promotional communications only via automated tools. 11.Modality of consent withdrawal
